It all starts by contacting us. A free consultation and assessment will follow shortly. In most cases we can start serving you anytime between a couple of days and two weeks after we receive a deposit.
The services we provide are guaranteed to satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we refund the deposit for the unworked hours, and you are not bonded to receive unwanted services.
No, there is no minimum hours required to serve you per day. However, in order to be able to offer short visits higher rates apply for those visits.
Prior to hiring each of our caregivers is thoroughly vetted to ensure they have the necessary skills and proper understanding needed to deliver safe and effective care. We also provide extensive and ongoing training to ensure all your needs and expectations are met.
All of our employees are insured to promote workplace health and safety.
We match our companions/caregivers to you according to your likes, dislikes, personality preferences as well as specific needs.

A full load will be taken off your shoulders the first time our friendly, loving and kind caregivers step in your or your loved one’s home.
Our caregivers are also professionals who are adaptive, empathetic, loyal, attentive, reliable, compassionate, honest, respectful, warm and the list goes on.
Beside all these wonderful qualities our caregivers already possess, we also provide extensive training in all areas of service to assure outstanding service is provided.
And last but not least, for your peace of mind we would also like to mention that all our caregivers and staff have a clean vulnerable sector check.
We provide service 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That being said, weekends are reserved for clients with necessities for personal care and assistance with activities of daily living like helping with meals and feeding, transportation to doctor’s appointments, dementia care and so on. We also consider companionship as a necessity, as this is a necessity to so many of our clients.
Some services we don’t provide on weekends are regular house cleaning, and regular laundry.
